Before using, boil all parts for 3 minutes to sterilize. Push shoulder of nipple up through cap ring. After each use, wash all parts thoroughly in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Dishwasher safe (top rack only). Snap on nipple cover to keep nipple clean.
